The On the Job podcast shares inspiring stories about the pursuit of work. Jobs give us a connection to our communities and the ability to provide for ourselves and our families—On the Job presents interesting stories about the way people work and what it means to be employed.
Season 8, Episode 1: Are We Still Building?
Mark Erlich, a former carpenter who is now a Fellow at Harvard, gives us a look at the jobs market, and the ascendance of the “toolbelt generation.”
Eight episodes will be produced for 2024, with new episodes released each week during May and June. Season seven was an incredible success, with an average of 60,000 downloads per episode!
