  • Difficulty finding qualified candidates: 45% U.S.; 46% Canada
  • Navigating artificial intelligence (AI), including identifying ways AI can help reach more candidates, implementing AI to help assess candidates, and/or implementing AI to help process job applications: 37% U.S.; 31% Canada
  • Lacking the tools to find the right candidate for their job openings: 36% U.S.; 36% Canada
  • Increased competition in the job market: 27% U.S.; 25% Canada
